Furnished room available located in Amsterdam South-East. The room available (10m2) is located on the 1st floor. A window looks over the garden. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher and oven) and a renovated garden with a picnic table. There is 1 bathroom on the first floor and an additional separate toilet in the house downstairs. A new Samsung washing machine and dryer is present in the laundry room. You will share the common facilities with 4 other international people (age 21-26). This is an all-in accommodation: including G/W/E, wifi, garbage tax and a weekly cleaning lady for the common areas. Everything has been taken care of, so you don't have to worry about anything. Registration is possible. The room is move-in ready. Public transport is close to reaching any destination in Amsterdam (Centre, East, Bijlmer and South). The bus is a 1-minute walk. Metro is 5-minutes by foot (Strandvliet or Venserpolder). Getting to Amsterdam central station will take you around 25m. Shopping center Amsterdamse Poort (Bijlmer) is 5-minutes by bike. Preference is to rent to someone clean and respectful. (This is not a party house). Deposit is 1 month rent.
