Questa piccola ed accogliente casa nel cuore di Monti è ad un tiro di schioppo da piazza della suburra praticamente di fronte alla stazione di metro Cavour . L’appartamento può ospitare 2 + 2persone ed è adatto sia a famiglie che a coppie di amici, che desiderano essere in centro, in mezzo alla movida ma tornare ad una casa silenziosa... piccola, raccolta ma dove non manca nulla, super attrezzata e super accessoriata... composta da un soggiorno, cucinotto, bagno con doccia, camera , un piccolo spazio esterno che d’estate permette di prendere un aperitivo in serenità. Il condominio è 100€ al mese . L’energia Elettrica circa 50€. Il gas circa 50€. (le utenze sono incluse nell'affitto a meno che non superino i 50 euro, sono quindi soggette al consumo) Non sono ammesse feste. Inviare foto dei documenti prima dell’arrivo .
