Ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit Bett (140 cm * 200 cm) und Kleiderschrank. Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Couchtisch, Wohnzimmerschrank, gut beleuchtetem Arbeitsplatz, einem großen Fernseher und WLAN. In allen Räumen Rollladen. Im Keller befindet sich die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Auf Anfrage werden auch Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Mikrowelle zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Mietpreis versteht sich für eine Person. Jede weiter Person €100,-- monatlich oder €10 je Übernachtung! Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort befindet sich auch eine Apotheke. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und Bäckerei sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenfalls innerhalb von wenigen Minuten gibt es ein italienisches und ein spanisches Restaurant. Ganz in der Nähe liegt die bekannte Robert Janker-Klinik....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
