Schnell im Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn 71 (11 Min.) oder mit der S-Bahn S7 nach Wien Mitte. Im 30-Min-Takt mit der S-Bahn S7 zum Airport (18 Min.). Ein bestens sortiertes Angebot wartet in der barrierefreien Passage im Erdgeschoß (Lebensmittelgeschäfte Merkur , Drogeriemarkt DM, Pizza Dominos, asiatisches Restaurant und ein Bistro). In unserer Wohnung können sich Geschäftsleute, Paare und Familien mit Baby oder Kleinkind auf 40 Quadratmetern mit Balkon (11 Quadratmetern) wohl fühlen. Die rund 40 Quadratmeter große, helle Wohnung im 3. Bezirk liegt nahe des Botanischen Gartens und Schloss Bervedere und besteht aus einem wunderschönen Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Schlafsofa, Essbereich und Balkon, komplett ausgestatteter Küche, einem getrennten Schlafzimmern sowie Badezimmer und extra WC. Für Babys und Kleinkinder stellen wir gerne ein Reisebett, einen Hochstuhl kostenlos zur Verfügung. Natürlich ist auch ein Lift im Haus vorhanden. Die historische Altstadt ist nur einige Straßenbahnstationen oder 2 S-Bahnstationen entfernt. Bequem erreichbar wartet eine Vielzahl an Museen, Theatern, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars in einer der lebenswertesten Großstädte der Welt! In nur ca. 1.500 m Schritten oder einige Fahrradminuten entfernt befindet sich der Wiener Prater: das weitläuge Grün-Areal ist eine der schönsten und beliebtesten Naherholungszonen der Stadt und bietet ideale Voraussetzungen zum Joggen, Spazierengehen oder Entspannen. Der Schweizergarten mit dem Museum des 21. Jahrhunderts laden ein zu laufend wechselnden Ausstellungen moderner Kunst.
