The flat is fully furnished and ready to move in, it has all daily necessities: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, clothes horse, hoover, cleaning utensils, TV, wifi (see pictures), sofa bed and roof terrace. All costs are included in the price! Access for guests All things that make comfortable living possible are provided (see summary above). For hygienic reasons, towels and bedding (duvet cover, sheet) are not provided. A freshly laundered mattress protector is provided. Bed dimensions: 140 x 200 cm.
