A flat-screen TV and free Internet access are provided for your entertainment. In your modern bathroom, you can take a refreshing shower. You can prepare simple meals quickly and cheaply in your apartment. At the large dining table, you can plan your further vacation in Vienna with your friends. The equipment includes enough dishes, pots, pans, hotplates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and a sink. The equipment also includes a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and a clothes horse. Furthermore, you can use the washing machine free of charge. With the elevator, you can easily reach the floor of your apartment. With the connection to the bus, this apartment is an ideal starting point for many sports and leisure activities. The price is for two people. For each additional person, we charge 225 Euro/month. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund
