Located on the 2nd floor of an elegant and perfectly maintained historic building with elevator and doorman service, the apartment overlooks a quiet and refined inner courtyard, ensuring peace and privacy. Area description The Brera district is one of Milan’s most iconic neighborhoods, known for its bohemian atmosphere and artistic soul—often referred to as the “Milanese Montmartre.” You’ll find romantic restaurants, sophisticated bars, art galleries, antique shops, and artisan boutiques. Brera is also a hub for Milan’s fashion and design scene, with all major designer shops and studios nearby. Well-served by public transport, including the M2 green metro line (Lanza station), and surrounded by shops and services, everything you need is within easy walking distance. The cleanings included in the rental price are performed once a month. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 180. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund
