It’s a safe residential area, close to the main public transports, walking distance you can find every kind of shops and service. Restaurants, bars, art galleries, gyms. The cleanings included in the rental price are performed once every 4 weeks. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 250.
