It's fully equipped with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. First room: 1 individual bed, Second room: 2 individual beds: that can be separate or make it 1 double, Third room: 2 individual beds: that can be separate or make it 1 double, Fourt room: 1 double bed with access to the balcony. The living room it's very spacious with lots of light. It comes with towels and sheets, wifi, laundry, fully equipped and ready to enter. Plenty of public transport: buses in avenida diagonal that goes everywhere around the city, metro hospital clinic. FFGC is Muntaner, about 10 min walking. We can provide parking if necessary just 2 min from the property. Wi fi Access is included. Utility bills (electricity, wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated base on the number of rooms of the apartment: 4 rooms-220 euros/month.
