The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, microwave, induction electric hob and crockery set. The bathroom has a large and comfortable shower. The studio offers air conditioning, washing machine, complete bed linen, complete bathroom linen, music player and free WiFi. A monthly rent of 1100€ is inclusive of ALL BILLS, covering water, electricity, internet, and smart TV. It's important to note that a city tax of 2 euros per person per day is mandatory, for a maximum of 5 days. Therefore, for stays of one month or longer, the total city tax per person amounts to only 10 euros. The studio is located in Sesto San Giovanni. This is a more calm neighborhood than the city center of Milan but it still has good transportation links to the centre. Many green parks are located in this neighbourhood where you can relax and enjoy the weather. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located in the vicinity of the apartment and easily reached on foot. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center of Milan.
