It is a square type room, with a sloping wall, overlooking the terrace. This room is located at a corner of the house. Please note, the furniture on the picture is NOT all included. Only a wardrobe and a rack come with the room. In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/showers/toilets, a nice terrace to have your grillparties. There is a bicycle shed that can be locked where you can park your bicycle safely. Shops are closeby at 300 m, trainstation to Enschede only 3 min by bike (600 m). You will be living with 7 other students, who are all studying in Enschede, either at university, academy or art college. Beware: the net rent of this room is € 227,--; utility bills and internet costs €84,--; so all inclusive rent is € 311,--. The rent all-inclusive includes rent, gas, water, electricity, municipal and council taxes, internet (50 mB), insurance for the house and use of all equipment. Insurance for your personal belongings and personal accountability should be made by yourself. I will use a rental agreement of my own, not the one used by Housing Anywhere....
