El piso está a diez minutos del metro de la Sagrada Familia L5,L 2 y a 7 min de la de Joanic L4 que te lleva a su universidad en tan sólo unos minutos y a la playa en unos 15 minutos. Estancia mínima de 5meses, se requiere un mes de depósito. Se puede empadronar estancia más de 5 meses, (coste gestión 50€) aplica un cobro al entrar de servicio de limpieza de la habitación que se realiza al marchar de la habitación de20e o 50 e en caso de extrema suciedad...
