The Freie Universität is about 5 km away and the Technische Universität is about 11 km away. The flat is newly renovated and completely refurbished with modern light oak furniture. It is equipped with a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The small, comfortable sitting area invites you to have a cosy meal or to retreat to read or work on the computer. It offers the resident plenty of storage space with its many cupboards. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment. In the living room, the tenant will find a comfortable seating area consisting of a pull-out couch and a wing chair, a TV bench and a small secretary. The small modern bathroom has a ground-level shower with glass wall, the large mirror brings a little space into the room. The bedroom has a wardrobe as well as a linen cupboard and offers the tenant enough possibilities to store his clothes, the double bed is 1,60X200. In the small alcove there is a console table, a mirror conjures up even more light in the room. For the night, the curtains darken the room completely.
