It 's a good opportunity to visit or live on the cheap Porto enjoying all the comforts of a fully furnished apartment. It consist of two very quiet bedrooms behind the building, comfortable with windows and nice solid beds ( 1 Bedroom 1 with Queen bed 1,54 x 2,00 and 2 Bedroom with single beds 0,90 x 1,95 ), bathroom traditional with bathtub , kitchen with fridge and electric stove, fully equipped for cooking, washing machine, dish machine. The house is equipped with all the essentials: bed linen (sheets, towels) . Downstairs there are many shops, groceries, butcher, bars . There are traditional restaurants . You will have a memorable stay in this apartment . Aditional Notes : Keep the noise level to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM . According to the Porto Council law, please note that a touristic tax (not refundable) will be charged at the check-in – 2€/person/day (in cash); all the guests should have at least one identity card (passport or ID card) and must show it to our team at the check-in. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights . In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 45€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
