The Lounge: A spacious and well designed space with a balcony to the private passageway. Designer lighting and modern art adorns the walls and a flat screen SMART TV with NetFlix is there for your entertainment. International channels are available on request. A comfy sofa converts into a sofa bed if extra sleeping space is required. The Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Large Fridge freezer, Coffee maker, washing machine and all kitchen utensils, plates, bowls etc that you would need to cook at home. The dining area: A large wooden dining table seating 6 is a great space to entertain at home with fresh produce bought from the boqueria market, which is just a stones throw away. We provide all guests with white fluffy towels, all bedding, an iron & ironing board for your ease. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, a traditional bakery & a convenience store just a minute from the apartment with a good selection of products. There is a secure private parking just a minute from the apartment for those arriving by car. We can also provide baby items, baths, strollers, cribs. Please note there is an extra charge for these during a mid term rental. You will receive two sets of keys to the apartment, so no need to worry if your party has different plans.
