The apartment is shared with international or Italian university students. It is close to all services (pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), all the university faculties are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle: - ideal for the faculties of Economy, Agriculture, Veterinary and Jurisprudence and the Piaggie pole reachable in 5 minutes on foot (500 m) - near also Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics all reachable within 1.3 km but in general all the faculties are easily reachable. - Engineering, Pharmacy, etc at about 2 km The apartment has been completely renovated and with new furnishings designed for student comfort, it is composed of: - 7 nice single rooms (some have a small terrace) - 2 bathroom with shower and window - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine stove and all accessories included) with the balcony; - external bike place in the fenced condominium area The room has queen size bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a bookcase, a desk and a chair. This allows you to study in total serenity, having the certainty of a certain price every month without surprises. Recapitulating thus: - no agency fees - no security deposit - no utility heading. You will have an initial one-off fixed cost of € 350 to be paid at the time of booking a room, which includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, monthly cleaning of common areas (bathroom, kitchen, corridor, terrace, etc) insurance, maintenance for the all period.
