La casa è nuova (la ristrutturazione è terminata 1 marzo 2020) , lussuosamente arredata e corredata di ogni comfort (wifi , lavatrice, tv plasma , letti king size ) , composta da soggiorno con cucina , 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato interno e 2 camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno condiviso ..TOTALE 3 PERSONE IN TUTTA LA CASA CENTRO : via san zanobi, terzo piano appartamento nuovo con ingresso cucina soggiorno (tv verrà messa ed anche un divano) affittasi 2 camere singole con letto matrimoniale (€530 da settembre +spese) l’appartamento ha ingresso cucina soggiorno due camere singole con letto grande un bagno in comune tra le due camere (con cromoterapia), ed una camera doppia con il bagno in camera €700 piu spese come singola ,come doppia sarebbero €350 a posto letto. A parte le spese sono €70 anticipo utenze ,€15 wifi ,€35 condominio a persona ! Commissione ditta di gestione , una sola volta alla firma del contratto € 452 Contratto da subito per 1 anno --possibilità anche contratto piu brevi CONTATTATECI (per contratti piu brevi cambi l'importo del deposito e della commissione) DEPOSITO: 2 mensilità del canone di locazione UTENZE: € 80 anticipo utenze mensile salvo conguaglio WIFI: € 15 al mese CONDOMINIO: € 35 MENSILI...
