You can find several supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby, also there are many public transport solutions just some steps away such as metros, trams and buses. The studio is ideal for couples or solo tenants. Please note that reconstruction works are going on in the building which may cause some noise during working hours. Utility costs and house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month.
