The apartment covers the whole ground floor and has its own entrance. Located just few steps away from main church this is the perfect location in a quiet location right downtown. Few minutes walk to University of Iceland, Reykjavik university as well as Iceland academy of arts! The house is a preserved classic home. Practically decorated for students looking for good location for modest prize. We run a clean and quiet household yet relaxed and we've been very lucky with tenants whom always create their own atmosphere....
