Room number 311: A single room with two single beds (90cm) small table, sink and closet. Sharing a fully equipped kitchen with other (hidden) guests. Sharing a bathroom with other (hidden) guests. Room is run by a (hidden) situated in downtown Reykjavík . Therefore there may be both guests and students in the building. The room is on 2nd floor. Located right by the church Hallgrímskirkja, and within walking distance to the University of Iceland (only 15-20 minutes) and Reykjavik University (30 minutes), the main shopping street „Laugavegur“. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, a stove top, utensils and tableware along with cleaning equipment. It is shared with other (hidden) guests. Bed-linen and towels are provided and weekly cleaning is included. The laundry room is situated in the building and includes a washing machine and dryer (charges apply)....

Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
