Small studio located in Sant Andreu area. In a pedestrian street, very calm and nice little neighborhood. Very close to Fabra y Puig ( L1) metro station that leads you to Plaza Cataluña in 5 minutes, or 11 de September metro station. The area is super cozy plenty of tapas bars, bars, supermarkets. The studio has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, towels and sheets and laundry machine. Wi-Fi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , water and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a minimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated based on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. You will be charged 90 euros/month for all utilities. Not 90 euros for each utility.
