The apartment is located in the historical center of Florence next to Via Tuornabuoni in a secondary and calm street. It is on the first floor without elavator. The apartment is suitable for single or couples. It has one bedroom and it is furnished with a Queen-size bed, night consoles, wardrobe and aircondition. Available from the 15th of October 2025! Next to the sleeping room you will find a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. There is a living area with sofa, writing desk and large window. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers much storage space with the modern white cabinets, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. Individual heating! It is a non smoking apartment. The fee is 1.200 Euro + 200 Euro condominium, Water, gas, and electricity, Wifi bills based on consumption. Within walking distance, you will find all sightseeings, restaurants, bars, shops and grocerystores. The apartment will be cleaned at least 6 hours before the arrival of the new tenants. All surfaces will be disinfected according to the standards recommended by the authorities. The tenants will have everything they need to clean.
