Room number 312: A single room with a bed (140cm) small table, sink and an open closet. Sharing a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with other (hidden) guests. Located right by the church Hallgrímskirkja, and within walking distance to the University of Iceland (only 15-20 minutes) and Reykjavik University ( 30 minutes), the main shopping street „Laugavegur“. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, a stove top, utensils and tableware along with cleaning equipment. Bed-linen and towels are provided and room cleaning once a week included. The laundry room is situated in the building and includes a washing machine and dryer (charges apply)....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
