In the first of the three bedrooms there is a double bed, a flat screen TV, a desk and an infrared sauna, where you can relax after a long Vienna tour. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a sink and a shower. The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The living-bedroom has a modern double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a large dining table. A hair dryer and an ironing board are available for you in the apartment. You can prepare traditional Viennese dishes in your own kitchen. The equipment includes sufficient dishes, pots, pans, hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc... Free internet access is available throughout the house. Public transport can be reached very quickly from the house. The "Schönbrunn Palace", a sight of Vienna is only 15 minutes away. Please note, the monthly rent shown is for 4 people. For every additional person we charge a fee of EUR 180,00 per month...

How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
