It has a living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. The living room and bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Amenities such as a hair dryer, an iron and a washing machine and clothes horse are also available in the apartment. Public transport can be reached very quickly from the house. The "Schönbrunn Palace", a sight of Vienna is only 15 minutes away. Please note, the monthly rate includes 2 guests. for every additonal person we charge a one-time fee of EUR 180 / person. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
