Our APARTMENT: 56 m2, basic equipped flat offers very quiet place to stay in the center of Vienna with fast connections to many spots, because is close to subway stations Taborstrasse U2 and to the airport bus. The apartment is on the second floor, no lift. Best for couple or friends. The living room has a sofa, table and chairs to eat comfortably, the master bedroom is with a double bed and in second bedroom you could use two single beds and desk. Furthermore, the apartment has a separate toilet, bathroom and Kitchen with cooking opportunity and a large wardrobe in the hall. The apartment is complete with bed linen, towels, dishes, dishwasher, Coffee machine and basic but complete kitchen equipment and Wifi. There is also small private laundry in the house. NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is very centrally located, in a quiet street, nearby there are nice restaurants and wine bars and the trendy Karmelitermarkt, one of the most beautiful markets of Vienna with more exciting Austrian and international local scene and a lively Market atmosphere on Fridays and v.a. Saturdays. Only a few minutes walk away are the wonderful Augarten (Garden with Children's playground), concerhall of the Singerknaben. The famous Prater is also just a few minutes away. In a few minutes you can reach the Danube Canal - with his lively local scene and partly with sand and sun loungers he strongly in the warm season of Viennese as well as tourists frequented. PARKING: There is also Park Garage Karmelitermarkt in within walking distance (2 mins.)(Leopoldsgasse 39, (hidden)) however you could park short term in the front of the house weekends and Mo-Fr 22-9.00 free! Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
