A few steps from the Porta Nuova railway station, the center, and the Valentino Park, nearby you will find the market in Piazza Madama. Well connected, the area has all the services you may need. The house is equipped with every comfort including WiFi, air conditioning, TV, heating. An excellent starting point to explore our beautiful city! Comfortable attic studio of about 20 square meters, located on the third and last floor of a period building without a lift. ★ KITCHENETTE: equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, Moka pot, kettle, cutlery, cups, and glasses. ★ NIGHT AREA: equipped with a queen sofa bed ★ BATHROOM: with shower box and hairdryer ★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WiFi, TV, air conditioning, independent heating with heat pumps, hangers Towels and bed linen are NOT included. The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. San Salvario is one of the historic districts of Turin, located between Porta Nuova station and Valentino Park. It is a part of the city that deserves to be known for its history, its monuments, its nineteenth-century buildings, for its curious collections and its multicultural character. The house is located in a quiet residential area but the neighborhood is famous for being among the most dynamic and young and offers a myriad of bars and restaurants of all types. It is one of the most popular districts for students, young people and tourists to have fun. The area is very central, convenient to the means of transport on the surface, and to the subway. The accommodation is located near shops and craft shops and can enjoy a large market just 2 minutes walk every day, excluding Sundays. We are centrally located, near the Porta Nuova station (5 minutes walk) and the metro, in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the main attractions of the city by walk. How to arrive in the apartment: From Porta Nuova Station on foot or by public transport (bus lines 9,52,68). From the airport of Caselle, you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport (the price is 5 euros) and reaches the Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi that will cost you around 30 euros. The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: - EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30 All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30. EXTRA PAYMENT To be done by 10 days after the booking confirmation and before the move-in date. In order to complete the booking, we will kindly ask you to pay through the platform: - the deposit (one month rent) that we will give you back at the end of your stay. - one-time final cleaning fee from €15 to €160 depending on the size of the flat: your flat will be clean and ready to be lived in and you won’t have to worry about it at the moment of leaving. Final cleaning €50 Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
