Public transportation Utrecht Central is the heart of the rail network in the Netherlands and the entrance gate to the city of Utrecht. The network of Utrecht connects the various public transport types: bus, tram, bicycle and train. Utrecht is located in the heart of the Netherlands, therefore all trains will stop here and arrive at the same destination every 15 minutes. From Utrecht Central Station all our apartments are located within 10 minutes walking distance. If you take the bus it will also take you approximately about 10 minutes between our apartments and Utrecht Central Station. Neighborhood The street in which this apartment is located, is parallel with the Oudegracht and is located between the City Hall Bridge and the Zadelstraat. The fact that it is located on the end of the Choorstraat, on the City Hall Bridge, means that it includes a magnificent view over one of the most famous areas in the city that goes back a long way. Even during the Roman Empire this location used to be an area in which a vicus, basically a neighbourhood, within the Roman fortress Trajectum was located. The current street name goes back to the 16th century. The street was named after the location of the choir in the Buurkerk, a church that had to make place for traffic back in the days, the reason the street was made. Nowadays traffic is limited to pedestrians, and a lovely view over the historical sites of Utrecht is what it offers. Enjoy the view on the Dom tower and the main canal ''The Oudegracht'' or visit one of the many squares, bars and restaurants, all located within walking distance. If a stay in the most lively area in Utrecht is desired, this is the perfect place to stay. Enjoy living like a local on this triple A location that is even desired by Donald Duck! Please note: - The first month's rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. And the deposit needs to be paid to use before the check-in....

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. If you don't have a subscription yet, you can buy one in a few clicks.
  3. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  4. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  5. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  6. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
