Our 2 bedroom apartment is located in the main street side building of our luxurious furnished apartment complex in central Berlin. The apartments can be easily reached by our brand new glass paneled lift. The historic 2 bedroom apartments built in 1904, boast a total surface area of 85 m2, high ceilings of 3.5 metres providing our guests with an unparalleled sense of space and luxury. Solid floor boards, and interior doors are all original and have been restored to their former beauty. The inviting balcony offers an area for relaxation in the sun over a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in this exquisite 2 bedroom apartment, with modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. This generous apartment with 2 separate bedrooms furnished with 2 double beds, offers plenty of space for up to 2 people as a flatshare, 2 couples or a family of 4 and is ideal for couples who have a need for a guest bedroom or business colleagues wishing to share an apartment. The price shown is for up to 2 people living in the apartment. For every additional person there is 395€ surcharge incl. children from 7 years of age. There is a mandatory cleaning incl. change of bed sheets which will take place once a week, for which you will be notified of a time frame in advance. Cleaning cannot be canceled and is a prerequisite for renting from us. Cleaning is not included in the price - costs per one cleaning are 50,00 EUR. If there is a mess and the surfaces are not clean on the day of cleaning, there will be a surcharge of 30€ per room. Please note that the stated rental price does not include VAT or the city tax. These charges will be added to the rent. We reserve the right to request proof of your income before concluding the contract.
