Price is 460 € including all: electricity, water, internet and gas, if i will charge it separately, it will cost approximately 60 euros extra. So you can think it's 400 € + 60 € 25 min by bus to the center of Helsinki, 5 min by bike Viikki university. All necessary included for making food and washing clothes. In your room there is included bed, table, chair, lot of shelf space...lamp , etc.. for electricity, water, gas and internet I charge 40 euros / month. University of Helsinki Viikki campus close by, 10 minutes by bus, 20 minutes walk. 3-5min by bicycle...
