Plenty of public transport: Drassanes, Liceu... in the middle of the heart of Barcelona. Just few steps from the Beach, right in the Gothic area. Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. Property with elevator with more apartments available. the property has a communal washing machine that you can use anytime free of charge. Towels & sheets included. If customers needs we can provide a parking space just 5-10 minutes walking from the property. Wifi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated based on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. You will be charged 90 euros/month for all utilities. Not 90 euros for each utility. *Please bear in mind is an internal studio which only window faces the internal patio....

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
