The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. 🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
