It is conveniently just a 5 minute walk to the underground station Seestraße with the U6 line and various street cars and buses. This area is also perfect for doctors/med students as it only a 3 minute walk to the Charité University and hospital. The area features many Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets and very well connected with the rest of Berlin. It provides a unique multicultural flair.
