Description

Large single room available in a very convenient area: few minutes on foot to Piazza Maggiore, 2 markets and 1 discount store in the neighbourhood. Many bus lines passing by in a few steps away and a wide gated area with bike racks. The house consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom and a very comfortable kitchen. It was all recently renovated. The rent doesn’t include rates for utility bills (water, gas, electricity) of approx €50/month, 1Gb internet connection, taxes for garbage and building management €25/month. The house is not huge so it is poorly suited to parties! But rather, welcome to nice people with good manners and respect for things and other people...
