The house is completely furnished with kitchen, bathroom, dining room and two further rooms. Gas heating. Laminate flooring, tiles in the entrance hall and bathroom. Renovation in autumn 2018. Furnishing with new inventory. Bicycle rental possible. Pets are welcome. Location: - The city centre can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. I would be happy to give you some tips on where to go :). Contact with the landlord is possible at any time. - Super transport connections to all universities - Karlshorst has a harness racing track, two swimming pools and the Friedrichsfelde Zoo. - In the immediate vicinity you will find all kinds of shopping facilities and supermarket chains - several restaurants, bars and clubs in the neighbouring trendy district of Friedrichshain are within easy reach - Parking is available on the property for a small fee of €6/day. - Pets are allowed, but there is a charge for them. - The fees for gas, water and electricity are calculated via meter readings and are to be paid additionally.
