La habitación es muy amplia, tiene baño propio en suite con plato de ducha, cama y colchón de 90x200, armario, varias estanterías, escritorio y silla. La habitación tiene cerradura para mayor privacidad y seguridad. La vivienda cuenta con otras 7 habitaciones (máximo 8 personas, todo chicas), cada una con su baño privado. Cuenta también con una sala común, cocina muy amplia totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, horno, etc..) y cuarto de lavandería con lavadora. Todos los suministros: calefacción central, agua, wifi, luz y limpieza de zonas comunes una vez a la semana por 50€ al mes. Se pide dos meses de fianza y un mes de honorarios (más iva)...
