Van 1 januari 2023 tot 1 april 2023 verhuur ik mijn studio wegens een stage in het buitenland. Het gaat om een recent gerenoveerde, nette studio, die gemeubileerd is (i.t.t. de foto's). Geschikt voor 1 persoon! Geen huurtoeslag mogelijk! De studio is ca. 25m2 groot en beschikt over een ruime lichte woonkamer met open keuken voorzien van vaatwasser, wasmachine, koelkast met vriezer, inductie-kookplaat, afzuigkap en combi-oven. De badkamer beschikt over een toilet, wastafel en douche. Ook is er een eigen ruim balkon op het zuiden. Het is gelegen aan de Vechtstraat, op steenworp afstand van hartje centrum Groningen. De supermarkt, het station en het centrum zijn allemaal op loopafstand binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Ik ben op zoek naar een rustige en nette onderhuurder die tijdelijk in mijn studio zou willen wonen. Inkomen vereist en geen huurtoeslag mogelijk! Interesse?
