In the area, there is all kinds of services: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, banks etc. The room is rented for one person, couples and pets are not allowed. We are looking for quiet and tidy people. Several rooms for rent, all exterior, expenses included in Madrid. Excellent location close to Puerta de Sol metro station and Atocha station. Very well communicated with the Universidad Autonoma. The area has many services around supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars, and restaurants. The area is very safe. We are looking for quiet and tidy people. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
