Centrally located: 3 walking minutes from station: "Rennweg" - local and regional trains, direct connection to Vienna main-station and airport. Quiet flat with nice wooden floor (socks apartment). 4th floor with elevator. Place for bikes inside provided. Supermarket around the corner. For jogging: Belvedere is around the corner, Prater nearby. Energy is included, if the monthly energy bill exceeds 150 Euro, the difference has to be paid. TV/Internet Tax (GIS) included. Apartment is not suited for shared flat. Please water my plants. I am renting out for 6 month, if we are both happy, we can discuss a longer period. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
