Room available in beautful student housing. In total there are 6 bedrooms (so in total 6 tenants can live there). The rooms are fully furnished and the flat is fully equipped (washing machine, WIFI, kitchen utilities). The flat is very well connected by public transport (U3 Zipperstraße just across the street) and there are tons of local shops, grocery stores, barbershops etc. in walking distance. We need to ask for a 2 month deposit, which you will get back in the end if everything is fine. No pets. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
