Hallo! Ich suche für mein extra Zimmer, in meiner wunderschöne Wohnung am Donaukanal (Servietenviertel) einen neuen Mieter bzw. Mieterin. Es ist die U4 Rossauer Lände in 2 min zu Fuss zu erreichen, die Strassenbahnen 5 und D sind ca. 7 Minuten weit weg. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte, Apotheke und Co. im Grätzel! h würde mich selber als sehr unkompliziert, lustig und lieb beschreiben. hehe. Mein Wunsch wäre keine Zweck-WG, der Traum ist immer so wie bei Friends zu wohnen, aber ich komme auch mit einer Zweck-WG klar. Alles kann nix muss. Ich spiel voll gern Super Mario Kart auf der Wii oder Karten und freu mich wenn ich einen neuen Gegner finde aber das ist natürlich kein muss! :) Ich genieße und schätze meine Alleinzeit sehr aber freu mich auch darauf ab und zu für zwei zu kochen! Ich backe total gerne und meistens auch sehr gut! Ich freu mich von dir zu hören...
