Se alquila habitación en piso compartido en pleno Barrio de Salamanca, Goya. La habitación, amplia, está totalmente amueblada, con cama doble, escritorio, mesilla de noche, estantería y gran armario empotrado de doble puerta y de suelo a techo y con espejo. La vivienda dispone de cocina con mesa para comer y dos neveras, zona con TV y 2 baños completos. El metro más cercano es el de Lista y Goya y está super bien comunicado con líneas de autobuses. Hay todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes y tiendas al lado. Los servicios de electricidad, agua y wifi internet están incluidos en el precio. La limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes son 20€ al mes. La calefacción son 40€ al mes en invierno (noviembre a marzo ambos incluidos). Limpieza final de la habitación a la finalización de la estancia: 29€ Se pide un mes de fianza y un mes de honorarios de agencia (más iva)...
