The apartment is located in Manebach, a nice village which is part of the city Ilmenau but located 3,5km outside Ilmenau. The apartment is newly renovated on the 2nd floor of our family owned house with 3 separate bedrooms, one of them also being the living room, an open space kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, full kitchen, towels, etc. You only need to bring your suitcase. For the colder time of the year you can also use the chimney in the living room to make it cozy warm. We have a big garden which can also be used....

How rent is calculated

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
