DOUBLE ROOM IN THE WONDERFUL STUDENT VILLA The Student Villa is an independent villa totally fenced in and protected by bushes in a furnished Garden. There are 2 apartments in the Villa that have been recently renovated according to our High Standards with a Modern and Minimal Furniture. Every apartment has 2 Bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, 4 Bedrooms and a Relax Area. In the apartment on the FIRST FLOOR, you can directly enter the Garden that will be shared with all the students in the Villa. On the ground floor there is a Living Room that is shared between the two apartments. Here you can watch TV, read a book or simply stay together. The Student Villa is settled in a very strategic position where you can find anything you need: the bus stop is 50 mt away and in 8-10 minutes you can reach Venice by bus. The Villa is also close to the Main Squares, that are 10 minutes away on foot, or 2 minutes by bike. THE PRICE OF THE ROOM WITH TWO SINGLE BEDS IS 270€ PER PERSON Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes: -All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating) - All the expenses for the condominium - Internet Wi-FI - Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works - An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need You will also have a CHAT GOUP of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager.
