International Flat Share – Fully Furnished Room for 1-2 + Monitor, Mouse & Keyboard – Rent All Inclusive The apartment is divided into 4 separate rooms that are rented out individually. Typically, the residents are a mix of international students and interns. Presently, the residents are from India, Russia, Germany, and Australia. The rent covers all expenses, including household essentials like soap and toilet paper. Because the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are shared, there is a cleaning schedule that residents have to follow, as well as some basic usage guidelines to ensure a good living experience. I manage the apartment, but I don't live in it myself, it is largely self-managed and therefore dependent on the personal responsibility of the residents, but I can always be reached if there are problems ( eg. blocked drain, lost key) to be solved . When moving in, a one-time payment of 100 € is due, which covers the costs for a cleaning of the room, including fresh bed linen and as a contribution to the wear and tear of the furniture and other household items.
