30 min away from Ddorf (20 min by car/ 40 min by bus) middle of nature, close to river Rhine, opposite famous Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth, close to ferry to Düsseldorf, calm, good neighbors, high standard area, close to Düsseldorf airport and Messe (exhibition/fair Düsseldorf), no shops or bars good to have a car u can go with the U79 from Kaiserswerth (Klemensplatz) quickly to Düsseldorf or Duisburg (20 min) bikes you can borrow from us (bike ride to the center to Düsseldorf 30 minutes, next to the beautiful river) or to the U79 via the river (ferry): 2 km convenient when u work in Krefeld or Duisburg, Meerbusch Langst-Kierst is just in between Düsseldorf and Krefeld, and free parking including garage...

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
