It offers great views across the city and to the Graz "Schlossberg", the famous hill with its clock tower in the city center. The apartment overlooks large gardens and you will not be disturbed by any noise from traffic. It is in a very quiet location despite being so central. The bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen gives you the possibility to prepare your own home-cooked meals, to be enjoyed with friends at the expandable dining table! Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Location: It is located about 20 minutes’ walk from the city’s historic main square, about 5 min walk to Lendplatz, about 20 min walk to the Graz central rail station. There are very good public transport connections from nearby Lendplatz, including a bus that will take you to the central rail station in 5 min. The rent covers all operating costs of the apartment except heating, electricity and internet. - Excellent location between the city center and the main train station Great traffic connections with buses 58 and 63 passing every 5 minutes. You can reach the main train station by bus in 5 minutes or in about 20 min when walking. - Saturday farmers market on Lendplatz is only 5 min from the apartment - Between Kunsthaus Graz and Lendplatz there are excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes - all very lively and easy to reach from the apartment (5-7min walk). - Dancing Salsa: From spring to autumn the Latin community and many Austrians and others meet on Lendplatz on Wednesday evenings to dance Salsa....
