Two subway lines are just a few steps from the front door. Wilmersdorferstrasse, one of Berlin's oldest pedestrian zones, with all its shopping opportunities is just a few steps away, as is Karl-August-Platz, where you can visit one of Berlin's most beautiful weekly markets every Wednesday and Saturday. Of course, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, as well as towels and bed linen belong to the apartment, so the tenant can move in with only his personal belongings. A good internet connection (250 MB) with stable WLAN allows an uncomplicated working from home. There is a possibility to choose the rental period variably. The landlord speaks German and English and lives in the same house in another apartment, so that any questions can be clarified directly and quickly. All costs are included in the rental price! Selbstverständlich gehören eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit allen Utensilien, sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Wohnung, sodass der Mieter nur mit seinen persönlichen Sachen einziehen kann. Eine gute Internetverbindung (250 MB) mit stabilem WLAN ermöglicht ein unkompliziertes Arbeiten von zuhause aus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Mietdauer variabel zu wählen. Der Vermieter spricht deutsch und englisch und wohnt im gleichen Haus in einer anderen Wohnung, sodass eventuelle Fragen direkt und schnell geklärt werden können.
