Unsere 42 qm großen Suites XXL mit Schlafsofa und Stadtblick wurden für 3 Personen konzipiert, die mehr als 28 Nächte bei uns bleiben möchten und daher nach unseren höchsten modernen Standards eingerichtet. Die Suites verfügen über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein bequemes Boxspringbett (1,60 m), ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa (1,40 m) mit modernem Smart-TV sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, damit Du Dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschküche zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du für einen Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst in lediglich einem Zimmer. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite. Bitte beachte, dass wir einen Aufpreis von 20% der Monatsmiete bei weiteren Personen berechnen. Wir bieten keine Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort an. Our 42 sqm Suites XXL with sofa bed and street view are designed for 3 people who wish to stay with us for more than 28 nights and are therefore furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m), a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m) including a modern smart TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us in just one room. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
