Im Erdgeschoss unseres Reihenhauses befindet sich die vollausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank), das Gäste-WC mit kleinem Waschbecken und Fenster, Wohn-/Esszimmer mit 65 Zoll curved Flatscreen-TV, (Schlaf-) Couch, Esszimmertisch mit Bestuhlung. Von hier aus hat man direkten Zugang zum liebevoll bepflanzten Garten samt BBQ, Pergola und großzügigem Sitzbereich. Im 1. Obergeschoss erwartet Sie das Haupt-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Matratzen (2x 90x200) Richtung Garten, ein Büro mit Einzelbett ( Boxspringbett ) und Badezimmer mit DU/Badewanne, WC, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und Fenster. Das 2. Obergeschoss besteht aus einem ca. 37qm großem Raum, dem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Boxspringbett, (Schlaf-) Couch und zwei Schreibtischen samt Stühlen. Der lichtdurchflutete Raum verfügt über große Velux-Fenster und einen Flatscreen-TV mit DVD Player. Achtung: Dieser Fernseher bietet zurzeit noch keinen Kabelempfang und kann ausschließlich zum DVD-Schauen bzw. für TV-Streaming verwendet werden. In der gesamten Unterkunft haben Sie selbstverständlich guten, kostenfreien WLAN-Empfang. Lage: Ein sehr ruhiges Familien-Wohnviertel. Die MMC Studios sind 5 Autominuten entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich 3 Autominuten entfernt und kann auch in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die nächste Straßenbahnlinie (Nummer 5) fährt sich ohne Zwischenstopp innerhalb 18 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Kölner Altstadt. Zur Haltestelle laufen Sie 11 Minuten.
